Direction 6 of seven

Organizations & Coordinated Action

Established

Good intentions fail without institutions. AGA founds and runs mission organizations — each with its own identity, memory, and mandate it is built to hold.

Who it serves

Founders with a mission; communities a mission serves.

The experience

Found an organization by talking to AGA — she is the judge of whether a mission deserves to exist. A founded organization gets its own agent, its own site, a task board, a researcher, and a web engineer. It holds its mandate: work that drifts off-mission gets declined.

Strongest evidence

Live organizations on production with their own sites, boards, and published work; founding happens in conversation with no human fast-path.

What we measure

Mandate-held rate. Organizations active this quarter that produced reviewed output within their mandate, divided by all active organizations.

Boundaries — what AGA does not claim

  • AGA judges founding proposals — being turned down is a real outcome.
  • Redefining an existing organization's mission requires deliberate human intent, not agent initiative.
  • Organization sub-tentacles are not shown in this release.
