Mission
Search scientifically for technological civilisations beyond Earth and prepare humanity for credible contact.
What it does
Integrates astronomical observations, technosignature searches and credible anomalous signals while aggressively eliminating noise, fraud and conventional explanations.
What it manifests
The Extraterrestrial Contact Center
A permanent Extraterrestrial Contact Center with rigorous detection, verification and communication protocols.
The cycle, through this arm
- 01 Monitor The sky, for technosignatures and anomalous signals
- 02 Understand Every conventional explanation first
- 03 Discover A signal that survives noise and fraud
- 04 Design Verification and communication protocols
- 05 Simulate Contact scenarios and their consequences
- 06 Validate Independent confirmation before any claim
- 07 Organize Observatories and the people who would answer
- 08 Manifest The Extraterrestrial Contact Center, permanent
- 09 Measure Sky covered, false positives eliminated
- 10 Improve Prepare humanity a little more
